Tommy Alter

Tommy Alter is a producer, writer, podcast host and co-founder of ThreeFourTwo Productions. Tommy currently produces multiple shows on premium television including Desus and Mero on Showtime and The Shop on HBO. He has also produced and written for shows on Comedy Central and NBC Universal. In 2020, Tommy founded ThreeFourTwo Productions with friend and co-host JJ Redick.  The company’s flagship podcast, “The Old Man and the Three,” launched in August of 2020 from inside the NBA bubble in Orlando. Each week on the show Tommy and JJ discuss all things NBA and beyond bringing together some of the biggest names in sports, entertainment, leadership and more. Tommy also helped found the voting rights organization More Than A Vote in 2020, to help fight systemic, targeted voter suppression. Tommy currently splits his time between NYC and LA.
